Another Rap Mix

So heres my new mix from this weekends' Truth Radio show. Its a whole rap/funk&soul mix ( i know i know) but it had been a while so i thought it was about time. As i was thinking of ideas for the mix i was rippin old records and came across this forgotten gem. The record isnt rare, its just been forgotten because most of the rest of the songs on the LP suck. I tried remastering the wav so that the drum break at the beginning would stand out more. Ive always loved Shalamer fyi!

It turns out that it wasnt a lil Jon song at all, but a great club track from Dj Felli Fel. I figured that it needs a lil club makeover if its going to be demanded that much, so here it is.

The homies over at Flamin Hotz hit us off with a fantastic club record today. The Stylusts have been supporting this label for a longtime, since our good friend Curtis Vodka released the incredible "Yeti Bounce EP" a while back. Since then they've been banging club music to the fullest with releases from Emynd & Bo Bliz & Dwizz among others. This ones another "Acid Boys Acid Girls" remix (this time from youngster LEIF) off the new Todosantos EP which already blazes into the club with the Cousin Cole mix. STOP!, you had us at Cousin Cole.

Not for the faint of heart, this takes Tukky Bass to the next level! Gyeah!

Flashing Lights

So i'm really diggin the Kanye album, as is everybody else i'm sure, but i thought one of the standout songs on the album needed a club makeover. This one fits well into house sets and is a good transition record.
